Janele Ruth G. Javier, MD, MPM
A preventive, root-cause approach shaped by four years on the frontline of rural public health.
Dr. Javier brings a background that spans bedside care, rural public health, and health systems design. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Southwestern University and began practice with the Department of Health's Doctors to the Barrios program, serving nearly four years as a Municipal Health Officer. She holds a Master in Public Management major in Health Systems Development from the Development Academy of the Philippines, and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing cum laude at Adventist University of the Philippines before entering medicine.
Her recent training focuses on the science behind Resetta's programs: healthy longevity medicine, and clinical research methodology through the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians. She is a member of the Philippine Medical Association, the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians, and the Cebu Medical Society.

Michelle Manuel, MD, FPDS
Regenerative protocols work best when someone knows the tissue they are working on.
Dr. Manuel is a dermatologist whose practice spans skin, primary care and integrative medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine at St. Luke's College of Medicine, trained in dermatology at the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine — where she took first place in the Philippine Dermatological Society's residency research forum — and completed a fellowship at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Since 2016 she has served as Medical Director of MBM Medical and Skin Clinic.
Teaching runs through her work. She is Vice President for Academics of the International Society for Integrative and Anti-aging Medicine Foundation and its Hong Kong counterpart, and has delivered over 2,000 hours of lectures and hands-on clinical training. Her research covers quality of life in melasma and psoriasis, glutathione in melasma, and ongoing work in PRP, microneedling, LED therapy and regenerative dermatology.

Mark Leo G. Javier is a dedicated physician whose professional life is characterized by a firm commitment to lifelong learning, a passion for comprehensive medical care, and a particular dedication to incorporating traditional healing methods into modern medical practice. His career journey highlights a focused pursuit of knowledge to better serve his patients.
Dr. Javier completed his core medical education, earning his Doctor of Medicine degree. Recognizing the value of a holistic approach to patient health, he later pursued specialized training in traditional and alternative medicine.
A significant milestone in his professional development was his focus on acupuncture. In September 2023, he successfully completed an intensive Basic Acupuncture Training program, a 40-hour course held from September 25–29. This comprehensive training was conducted by the Philippine Institute of Traditional and Alternative Health Care (PITAHC) and took place at the Eon Centennial Resort Hotel & Waterpark in Jaro, Iloilo City. He was awarded a Certificate of Attendance for this foundational course on September 29, 2023.
Dr. Javier further deepened his expertise by completing the Advance Acupuncture Training, also a 40-hour program, held from December 11–15, 2023. He received his Certificate of Attendance for this advanced study on December 15, 2023.
These extensive PITAHC certifications signify Dr. Javier's formal training and competency in integrating acupuncture into his medical practice. By bridging conventional medical science with the time-honored principles of traditional Chinese medicine, Dr. Mark Leo G. Dr. Arenajo earned his Doctor of Medicine at MHAM Southwestern University, graduating in the top six of his class, after a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Southwestern University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. His academic record runs back to Cebu City National Science High School and to San Nicolas Elementary School, where he was valedictorian.
His practice spans family medicine and occupational medicine, with clinical work at Cebu South General Hospital in Naga and San Lucas Medical in Minglanilla.
He is an advocate of low-carb eating and intermittent fasting, including the ketogenic diet, as practical tools for metabolic health — and of mental health as a core part of overall wellness, not a separate concern.
