RESETTA is a regenerative aesthetics and integrative wellness center located at Lower South Hills, Tisa, Cebu City, Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through reset-ta.com and our reservation process.

When you request a reservation, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, service of interest, preferred and alternative schedule, appointment type, notes and consent. We may also receive basic technical information normally sent by a browser, such as the referring page and information used to detect spam or maintain security.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, coordinate availability, respond to questions, maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment.
4. Formspree and service providers
The reservation form is processed using Formspree. Information entered in the form is transmitted to Formspree and delivered to RESETTA. Formspree states that it may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates, under its own privacy policy. We may also use hosting, email and security providers where reasonably necessary to operate the website and respond to requests.
5. Retention and security
We retain reservation information only for as long as reasonably necessary for scheduling, customer service, legitimate business records and legal obligations. RESETTA and its providers use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your information and request access, correction, erasure or blocking. You may object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or raise a privacy concern. You may also lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
