3. Reservation requests

Submitting the online form requests a preferred schedule only. It does not create or confirm an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after RESETTA contacts you and expressly confirms availability. Please contact the clinic if your request is urgent or if you do not receive a response.

4. Prices and availability

Published prices are stated in Philippine pesos unless otherwise indicated. Prices, packages, inclusions, promotions, provider availability and service availability may change. RESETTA will communicate the applicable price and relevant terms before a service is confirmed. Obvious typographical or technical pricing errors may be corrected.

5. No emergency or medical service through the website

Do not use the website or reservation form for emergencies, urgent medical concerns or sensitive medical records. Contact an appropriate emergency service or qualified healthcare provider when immediate assistance is required.
